Who is Marilyn Bonnett?

I value expressing creativity, love and abundance that ignite joy, self-expression and enlivenment in the lives of those around me.  My vision is to develop my gifts to their fullest and use my skills and knowledge to benefit those seeking to:

• live a life they love: achieving exciting goals, while maintaining personal balance

• learn more about themselves and the keys to achieving without struggle

• build and attain exciting business and personal ambitions

I bring to coaching over twenty years of experience working as a successful operations manager and speech/language pathologist.  My company, CHAMPION Challenger, LLC, works with individuals and businesses to offer three services:

1. Personal, business and group coaching

2. Equine professional, business and competition coaching

3. Seminars and workshops in specific areas, including employee empowerment, managers into leaders, organizational change, communication skills, customer service and life balance.

My style can be described as warm and encouraging, action-oriented, inspiring, challenging, creative and strategic.  As a coach, my goal is to provide the environment for you to deeply connect to the best in yourself and to provide language and distinctions to allow you to remove blocks and distractions and be more naturally powerful.

My life experience brings multiple values to coaching.  The focus in business management experience involved expertise in startup of programs and departments, development of internal systems and procedures, organizational change, managing difficult people and customer service. As a Speech/Language Pathologist, I provided therapy to the elderly for stroke recovery and dementia.  Also, I worked with children of all ages in the public school for communication deficits, specializing in Autism, Emotional and Behavior Disorders and Brain Injury.  I bring expertise in individualized communication skills for development of personal effectiveness.  Through my passion for horses I have a special connection with equine professionals, businesses and competitors.  Blasting away barriers and performing with precision and passion is my commitment to the partnership.  I have successfully competed reining horses earning local and regional championships.  I am active in the local reining horse association and served as a leader on several committees.

I strive to practice what I teach by retaining my own personal and business coach.  I am a Comprehensive Certified Coach, and presently taking additional training in the coaching profession.  I will make application with the International Coach Federation for Professional Certified Coach credentials in the year 2001.  My promise to you is that I will always be the best coach I can be and add knowledge and skills to my coaching toolbox.
